The whole coaching workflow — drills, sessions and players — in one app.
The problem
Football coaches plan sessions on paper and in their heads. Drills, player evaluations and match line-ups live in separate places that never connect, and every week loses hours to it.
What we built
A coaching app with a library of 800+ drills in animated video, 50 ready-made sessions from U7 to U18 and goalkeepers, a session builder, player evaluation and match line-ups. Premium plans with monthly and yearly billing. Behind it: an admin and CMS, a CRM with segmentation and campaigns, transactional email, and acquisition attribution wired to the ad platforms.
How we built it
React Native on iOS and Android, a Next.js and Node.js back end, with the billing, content and growth infrastructure a subscription product needs.
Why it matters
We build the whole product — a content library, subscriptions, a CRM and the growth plumbing — not just a front end. A client does not have to assemble that from five vendors.
